It was LLI Design who stepped in to take up the challenge of completely transforming this four-story townhouse into a cheerful and stylish modern hub that complemented the urbane lifestyle of its hip young denizens. And the result is truly spellbinding!
On the lower level of the house one finds the living area along with the kitchen dining space and a Zen-style nook next to the staircase that also holds an indoor tree. Additional bedrooms and storage spaces make up the rear part of the ground floor with the first floor holding the master bedroom and study.
There is absolutely no shortage of color inside this loft and yet one is not overwhelmed by bright hues as a relaxing industrial-modern backdrop provides the perfect visual balance. Bespoke décor and quirky accessories have been carefully placed throughout the spacious loft where the open living area on the lower level welcomes you gleefully. Bright rugs that define individual spaces are a common feature throughout the loft with the dining room kitchen and living area nestled on the lower level and master suite additional living spaces and home office housed on the second floor.

An open living area a long kitchen that also acts as a corridor and sweeping glass doors and windows that provide a constant view of the shoreline and the Go Home Bay channel make one’s stay here even more memorable. Smart cross ventilation operable clerestories and of course the dynamic green roof turn the cabin into an energy-saving structure with a minimal carbon footprint.
