The fifth-floor apartment has a more industrial-retro feel to it with exposed concrete walls and an iron frame-coated glass closet setting the mood indoors. Space-savvy décor and smart lighting complete the interior where comfort is coupled with ergonomics in an efficient fashion.

A sculptural wooden staircase links the two levels of the loft and a functional blend of artificial illumination and natural light give the home a merry vibe. A ground floor flat spread across different levels the lovely home is blessed with a small private garden and courtyard which extend the living space outdoors. Built in the 1910s the old dark and congested interior of the flat has been completely transformed by doing away with the unwanted internal partitions and giving the townhouse a fresh modern facelift.
