Turning this mundane and poorly planned home into a breezy modern delight filled with ample natural lighting are the creative folks from Freedman White who redefined the floor plan to transform the house into a more kid-friendly setting.
The façade of the house is truly unique with a smart brick wall seamlessly blending in with its more contemporary surroundings. The thick brick wall was as much a functional addition as it was aesthetic with its presence keeping out harsh afternoon sunlight and excessive heat during those really hot summer days.

Connected with the garden that features a fabulous living wall the open living area and dining space on the mezzanine level seem both relaxing and refined.
One of the biggest challenges during the design of this multi-level house was both its unique orientation and the flood of sunlight that entered the house because of the giant glass wall that connects the living area with the pool outside.
