With low construction costs and low-skilled local workers to deal with this ingenious house is all about maximizing both space and resources!
While we often do not go into the details of the costs involved in the creation of dream homes and fabulous renovations that we often feature on it is often the single most important factor that defines these houses.
It is the glittering dining room that undoubtedly ends up being the showstopper of these transformed spaces with its silky chandelier vintage-inspired Orchidea cabinets and the silver and black Nanook Chairs from KOKET. But all these seem to only play second fiddle to the two diamond dust paintings of Marilyn Monroe and that should barely come as a surprise to anyone!

The old laundry space evolved into the new open plan living area that is connected with the rumpus room dining area and of course the lovely yard. The new and the old combine here effortlessly with much of the original structure being preserved and given a modern sheen so that it blends in with the relaxing contemporary style.
